1. Validity of the general terms and conditions and conclusion of contract
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales contracts concluded via the website www.kingnature.de.
1.2 In case of a conclusion of contract on kingnature.de, the contract is concluded with the contract of kingnature AG. In particular:

1.3 The order is confirmed by the provider by e-mail. The contract is concluded as soon as the confirmation arrives at the buyer.
1.4 The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding offer of contract on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
1.5 Upon receipt of an order in our internet shop the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our Internet shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the “Order” buttons
3) Check the information in the shopping cart
4) Press the button “Checkout”.
5) Login in the internet shop after registration or recording of data as a gues
6) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button. “buy”
Before the binding sending of the order, the consumer can return to the Internet site where the customer’s details are recorded and input errors are corrected or the order process is cancelled by closing the Internet browser by pressing the “Back” button in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.
1.6 Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop : We send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
2.1 The prices are quoted in EUR. Legal sales tax and processing are included. Shipping costs are charged separately. The shipping costs are also indicated online.
2.2 The provider reserves the right to change the prices at any time. For customers, the prices published on the website on the order date shall apply.
3. Terms of Delivery
3.1 Delivery is normally within 10 working days. If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time.
3.2 If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to renounce the delivery.
3.3 The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale to destination.
4. Liability and Guarantee

5.1 The invoice will be enclosed with the shipment of the goods. The payment period is 20 days after receipt of the invoice. The invoice option is not available for initial orders. In this case the payment methods prepayment or Paypal are available. If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, he/she is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
5.2 In case of late payment, the provider will send a maximum of two reminders. If the customer then fails to pay, debt enforcement measures will be initiated. The right to claim damages is reserved.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

8. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

9. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
