Hypertension and Aronia Vida part 2

As promised, an update.

As mentioned in the article from December 2014, my upper blood pressure had already returned to normal. Meanwhile, I’ve increased the dose to 4 capsules per day. In recent weeks, my lower blood pressure has also returned to the normal range. All in all, my blood pressure is now 70-80% normal and my GP does not see any need for treatment.
