Flower pollen

Flower pollen contains high amounts of micronutrients

Flower pollen is the male part of the plant, which has the goal of uniting with the female part, called the pistil, so that new life, a new plant, can emerge. Pollen is transported from one plant to another by the wind or by animals, mainly insects. Pollen varies greatly from plant to plant, but they have one thing in common besides reproduction. They are extremely healthy because they contain a remarkable amount of micronutrients: Vitamins, minerals, trace elements, essential amino acids and fatty acids, enzymes and flavanoids. However, pollen cannot simply be digested by the human body. Swedish researchers, however, have succeeded in splitting pollen casings and thus obtaining the valuable pollen content in a pure form
