Ingredients: Maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), lecithin from sunflowers, alpha-lipoic acid, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin-5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, D-biotin, methylcobalamin. Net content: 43 g.
A brief word about niacin (vitamin B3): Vitamin B Vida contains niacin in the form of nicotinamide. This is the amide form of niacin with an identical biological effect. Nicotinamide is “flush free” and does not cause reddening of the skin, a feeling of heat or itching. DocCheck Flexikon writes: “Nicotinamide belongs to the B vitamins and is an important component of the two coenzymes NAD+ and NADP+, which serve to transfer hydrogen in cell metabolism.” Important: Despite the similar name, nicotinamide has nothing to do with nicotine!
We rely on high-quality, bioactive and therefore more readily bioavailable raw materials, such as methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

About the designation of the B vitamins
