Origin of vitamin D
Our vitamin D3 is obtained in Germany from wool fat (lanolin). This is produced during the washing of sheep’s wool, is purified in several steps and converted into cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). The purified vitamin D3 is then mixed with the above-mentioned MCT oil (coconut oil) as a carrier substance. The end product is vegetarian and BSE-free.
